AE Aesthetics Policies Please read carefully prior to booking. By booking your appointment, you agree to all policies listed below. Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your service is required to secure your appointment. • Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances. • Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice from the start time of your appointment is required to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will result in the loss of your deposit plus a 50% cancellation fee. • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is treated similar to a cancellation. To reschedule, you must pay a 25% late rescheduling fee, and your deposit will transfer to the rescheduled appointment. • No-shows will be charged the full service amount and will be banned from future bookings. Late Arrivals • A $20 late fee applies if you are 10 minutes late. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged 50% of your remaining total, your appointment will be cancelled, your deposit forfeited, and you will need to rebook with a new deposit. Same-Day & After-Hours Appointments • Same-day appointments incur a $25 same-day fee. • After-hours appointments (on closed days or outside of regular hours) incur a $50 fee. • Please contact AE Aesthetics directly to schedule these appointments. Appointment Preparation • Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes (no mascara, glue, residue, or heavy buildup). • A $10 deep clean lash bath will be added if additional cleaning is required. • Wear comfortable clothing and hairstyle as you will be reclined during your service. • Avoid caffeine prior to your appointment as it causes eye and/or body jittering. • Contact lenses are not permitted during your appointment due to adhesive fumes, which can cause temporary and/or permanent damage to your eyes. Fills & Pricing • You must book according to the correct lash fill type. If you arrive with your lashes not in the condition required for the service booked, your appointment will be adjusted and pricing may increase. Respect & Professionalism • AE Aesthetics is a professional and shared environment. Please do not arrive smelling of marijuana. While we respect and service all clients, AE Aesthetics prioritizes the respect for everyone in the environment of our space. • No extra guests or children are allowed at appointments. The only exception is minor clients aged 15–17, who may be accompanied by a parent. • Failure to follow this policy may result in denied service, cancellation of your appointment, and a late cancellation fee. Guarantee & Refund Policy • AE Aesthetics offers a 3-day (72-hour) guarantee. If you experience issues with your lashes during this time, a complimentary fix will be provided. • No refunds are offered under any circumstances. • Any issues reported after the 72-hour window will require booking and payment for the appropriate service. Agreement By booking, submitting your deposit, and checking the required acknowledgment box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all AE Aesthetics policies.
